米氮平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及依从性观察

摘要
目的探讨新型抗抑郁药物米氮平的临床疗效及治疗依从性。方法我们用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)、Asberg抗抑郁剂副反应量表(SERS)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)和自编的治疗态度问卷，封60例抑郁症患者在用米氮平进行6个月的开放性治疗期间作了临床评估，并与62例分别用氯咪帕明和氟西汀治疗的抑郁症患者进行封照。结果米氮平组的总体疗效与氯咪帕明组和氟西汀组间的差异无显着性(P>0.05)；三组间在治疗第1个月期间多数HAMD因子差异有显着性(P<0．05)；处方依从性、治疗态度、脱落情况等各组间差异也有显着性(P<0．05)；多元回归分析结果显示影响服药依从性的主要因子有起效时间、治疗态度及治疗第1个月的疗效及不良反应等4项。结论米氮平的临床疗效与氯咪帕明和氟西汀相当，治疗依从性佳，影响治疗依从性的主要因素为药物的起效时间、疗效、不良反应以及患者的治疗态度。
