摘要
运用中药辨证治疗５４例男性自身免疫性不育症，分肝肾阴虚、肺脾气虚、肾亏瘀热三型，３个月为一个疗程．两个疗程后复查血、精液抗精子抗体（ＡＳＡｂ），转阴者４３例，占７９．６３％．其中授孕率４６．３％．
Abstract Chinese herbal medicine was used to treat 54cases of male autoimmuneinfertility according to differentiation of syndromes.There were generally3 syndromes:deficiency of yin of the liver and kidney,deficiency of qi of the lung and spleen and deficiency of the kidney with blood stasis and heat.3months were taken as one course.Blood and sperm examination after 2 courses of treatment found that ASAB turned to negative in 43 cases,accounting 79.63%.Among them,the insemination rate was 46.3%.The author found that the pathology of male autoimmune infertility is dysfunction ofimmune System(hyperactivity of humoral immunity and hypofunction of cellular immunity).Thus,the principle of treatment in strengthening the anti-pathogenicqi and eliminating pathogenic factors is established and herbal medicine could be used according to differentiation of syndromes to regulate immune system and heighten the therapeutic effect.
