摘要
原油、重油电脱盐脱钙工艺作为净化重油催化裂化进料的一种预处理工艺,可脱除60%的钙,50%~90%的镁和铁,使常压重油的盐含量下降到3mg/L以下,相对密度和粘度降低,不仅有效地控制了催化裂化装置分馏塔结盐,使清除结盐的洗塔作业由20~30天一次,到基本上取消,而且电脱盐电耗下降,由于原料性质的改善和洗塔次数的减少,使催化裂化装置轻油收率提高,催化剂消耗减少。
As a pretreatment technology for purifying the feed of heavy oil catalytic cracking, the techniques of electro-desalting and calcium removal for crudes and heavy oils can remove 60% Ca, 50%-90% Mg and Fe, lower the salt content down to less than 3mg/L in atmospheric heavy oils, and reduce their relative density and viscosity. As a result not only the salt deposition on fractionator of FCCU was effectively controlled, reducing the tower washing operation for cleaning salt deposition from originally 20-30 day each time to basically be eliminated, but also the electricity consumption in desalting decreased. Because of the improving of feed characteristics and the decreasing of tower washing times, the light oil yield of FCCU was enhanced, while the catalyst consumption reduced.
