摘要
以新疆混合原油为实验对象 ,利用分子设计原理 ,从络合脱钙机理的研究入手 ,研制出高效、环保的新型脱钙剂 WA,克服了现有原油脱钙剂适用性差、用量大 ,且含有对水体造成二次污染的磷类物质等缺点。研究结果表明 ,对新疆混合原油的脱钙率大于 80 %,对新疆混合原油中 Ca、Fe、Mg、Cu等金属元素的总脱除率近 6 0 %,能够满足原油脱金属的要求。同时经 WA处理后的原油粘度、密度和灰分均有所降低 ,可部分改善原油品质 ,有利于原油的后续加工。利用正交试验考察了反应温度、反应时间、加剂量、脱钙剂溶液 p H值等影响脱钙效果的主要因素 。
The development of the highly efficient and environment-friendly decalcifying agent for crude oil was presented. The investigation into the mechanism of the decalcifying agent with the metal elements in crude oil indicates that the stability of multi-component complex was more than that of simple complex. Based on this theory, the new type of decalcifying agent, which can remove the oil-soluble organic calcium salt from Xinjiang mixed crude oil in the laboratory scale efficiently, was developed. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, pH of aqueous solution of decalcifying agentand the dosage of decalcifying agent on the decalcifying efficiency had also been determined.After treated by using the decalcifying agent, the crude oil could be partly upgraded.
