摘要
荷S_(180)肉瘤小鼠ip银耳制剂(TFB)200mg/kg·d×7d。在第3、5和7天注药后40分钟分别荷瘤局部照射X射线5Gy。停药后早期,TFB能明显增加受照射荷瘤鼠的脾重、脾有核细胞数和胸腺细胞~3H—TdR自发掺入率;显著提高NK细胞和ADCC活性及增强脾细胞产生IL-2的能力,但不影响胸腺重量和胸腺细胞数。
Sarcoma 180 tumor cells were transplanted subcutaneously into the right hind leg of C_(57)BL/6 mice. One day after transplantation,TFB was injected intraperitoneally at a dosage of 200mg/kg daily for 7 days. In the group treated in combination with TFB and local irradiation which was given on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day at a dosage of 5Gy of X-ray for 40 minutes after administration of TFB. The results showed that a remarkable increase of spleen weight,num- ber of splenocytes,and the ~3H-TdR spontaneous incorporation rate of thymocytes were found soon after TFB being ad- ministered. However,there were no significant changes in thymus weight nor number of thymocytes. Moreover,TFB was capable in augmenting the activity of both the natural killer cell and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity in ad- dition in improving the ability of solenocytes to produce IL-2 under induction of ConA.
