摘要
HHK注射液是由黄芩甙、黄柏、苦参等组成的一种中药针剂,具有明显的消炎、利尿、兴奋呼吸等功能。其中药理作用明确的主要成分有黄芩甙、硫酸小檗碱和苦参碱。
A simple and practical method was developed to determine both baicalin by TLC-elution quantitative analysis and berberine sulfate by TLC-limit test in HHK Injections. The optimal experiment conditions were silica gel-CMC plates, mobile phase of butanol-glacial acetic acid-water (5∶1.5∶5) and detection under UV light of 365nm. The recovery of baicalin was 98.1%, γ=0.9961 (n=4). Recognizable concentration gradient range of berberine sulfate was 0.0074～0.074μg.
