摘要 以对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯为原料.二氧化锰负载氧化物为催化剂,在常压固定床反应器上考察了加氢还原催化剂对制备对叔丁基苯甲醛的影响因素.并获得了最佳反应条件为:反应温度为380~400℃.酯的液时空速为5mL/h.氢气的气时空速约为1050h^-1及合适的催化剂:15%~20%MnO2/γ-Al2O3. A process for synthesis of p-tert-butylbenzaldehyde by direct hydrogenation of methyl p-tert-butylbenzoate was studied. MnO 2 supported on different oxides as catalysts was examined. The effects of catalysts and reaction conditions on the hydrogenation process were investigated. The appropriate catalyst and the optimal reactive conditions were obtained as follow: 15~20% MnO 2/γ-Al 2O 3, the reaction temperature 380~400℃, LHSV of ester 5mL/h and GHSV of H 2 about 1050 h -1.
