摘要
罗伯特·加涅是美国当代著名教育心理学家,后半生将主要精力集中于学习理论、教学设计乃至教育技术学基础理论的研究和构建中,成为心理学和教育技术学这两个研究领域公认的大师级人物,被认为是“当代心理科学与学校教育相结合的典范”。加涅思想的核心是学习论与教学论,其对我国教育技术学研究与发展的启示主要体现在以下几方面:第一,以兼容并包的学术态度积极开展教育技术研究,促进我国教育技术学科的繁荣发展;第二,树立教育技术理论研究的实践观,注重理论研究与教育实践的结合;第三,树立现代教学设计观,注重培养学生“学会认知”的能力;第四,树立现代人才观,培养以教学设计能力为中心的教育技术学专业人才。
R·M·Gagne is a famous contemporary American educational psychologist.He devoted the latter half of his life to the research and construction of learning theory,teaching design and even the basic theory for educational technology.He has become a master in psychology and educational technology and is regarded as the model of the combination of modern psychology and school education.The core of Gagne thought is learning theory and teaching theory.The enlightenment on our research and development of educational technology can be shown in the following four aspects. Firstly,the research into educational technology should take the all inclusive attitude and then promote the development of our educational technology.Secondly,we should build up a practical viewpoint of the theoretical research of educational technology and pay attention to the merging of theoretical research and educational practice.Thirdly,we should establish the viewpoint of modern teaching design and pay attention to train students' ability to learn to cognize.And finally,we should build up modern talent viewpoint and train special talent in the educational technology field which taking teaching design ability as the center.
