摘要
菜肴命名蕴含着丰富的艺术手法。菜肴名称是中华饮食文化的一面镜子,它折射着中华民族对菜肴色、香、味、形、器整体美的追求,折射出汉民族丰富多样的烹调方式。
This paper explores the artistic aspect of the means of naming dishes. It is believed that dish names mirror the dietetic culture and they well reflect the national pursuit of the integrated beauty of dishes' color, aroma, taste, design and vessels. Meanwhile they also reveal the diversity of cuisines of the Han nationality.
