SELDI蛋白指纹技术在肿瘤早期诊断中的应用 被引量：21

摘要 血清蛋白组学模式诊断技术是一种新型的蛋白组学平台, 在此平台上通过高维质谱所获得的蛋白指纹图谱可用做疾病的诊断标准.此技术在早期肿瘤的检测中具有巨大应用前景.目前发现通过SELDI蛋白指纹技术所获得的生物标记物,大多数是在特异性肿瘤微环境中所产生的低分子质量蛋白碎片.通过多种肿瘤的检测表明,其敏感性和特异性均优于传统的肿瘤标记物,对某些肿瘤的敏感性已达100%, 特异性也超过95%,因而在肿瘤早期诊断和早期预警中具有重要临床应用价值.
