摘要
论述了一控制理论和信息技术在工业生产中成功应用的实例。以丙烯腈聚合生产过程为对象,建立了全流程多种结构数学模型,开发成集动态数据库、过程模拟、统计分析、质量检测和控制、在线优化、故障诊断等功能为一体的生产执行系统,工程软件系统连续稳定运行,取得了较大成效。
This paper discusses a successful application example about control theory and information technology in industry production. Taking polymerization production of AN as object, a entire-process and multi-structure mathematics modelhasbeenbuiltanda suiteofmanufacture executive systemhasbeen developed, which integrates the function of dynamics database, process simulation, statistical analysis, monitor and control of production quality, optimizing-online and fault- diagnosis. Thesoftware can run continually and steadily and showsbetter perfor- manceand effect.
