An Analysis of Financial Policy in Chinese Science and Technology Investment

摘要本文对我国财政科技投入的特点及问题进行了具体分析 ,并在此基础上就如何完善我国财政科技投入等问题作了相应讨论。我们认为 ,财政在科技投入总量、分配结构。 This article analyzes the characteristics and problems of our country's financial investments in science and techonolgy.It also provides a complete policy consideration regarding financial investments in science and techonolgy.We recommend that the financial policy should make extra and increased efforts in the following three areas:total amount of science and techonogy investments,investment structures,and capital accumulation through multiple channels.
