摘要
结合贵州省500kV电网稳定控制系统的改造和重建工程,给出了在线安全稳定控制系统的体系结构及关键技术。系统采用集中分层式设计,通过获取整个电网运行信息,更新控制策略。基于采集到的电网实时数据,在线完成贵州省500kV电网控制系统对策表的计算和刷新,周期为5min左右。
Based on the project of 'reformation and reconstruction of the stability control system in Guizhou 500 kV power grid', this paper emphatically discusses the architecture and key techniques of the developed system. A centralized hierarchical structure is adopted in the control system. Thus wide-area operation information can be gathered to obtain a global view of the system and refresh control strategy with the up-to-the-minute data. Based on gathered real-time data of power system, the realized control system in Guizhou 500 kV power grid can calculate adn update its control strategy tables every 5 minutes.
