摘要
区域稳定控制是确保现代电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段。探讨了区域稳定控制中的若干关键技术问题:首先把区域型稳定控制按决策方式划分为分散决策方式和集中决策方式两类,推荐应用分散决策方式;在对比控制策略表的形成方案后,指出“在线预决策,实时匹配”方案是今后的发展方向;对站间通信的通道和通信方式进行了比较,提出了采用双通道环网通信方案作为区域稳定控制系统的优选通信方案;另外还讨论了控制命令的传送方法,提高可靠性的措施;总结了稳定控制装置模块化、标准化工作的经验,指出模块化工作的重要意义。
Regional stability control is an efficient method to keep the security andstability of power system.This paper discusses some key problems in regional stabilitycontrol. First, the regional stability control is divided into two classes; centralizedand decentralized, the decentralized control is recommended. Second, among all schemes ofproducing control decision table, the 'on-line pre-decision, real-time match and control'scheme is better and will be the trend. Third, double loop communication channels aremore suitable for communication between substations. In addition, control commands trasmissionmethods. methods to improve reliability and the experience and significance of modularizationand standardilization are also discussed.
