从“补缺”到“杠杆”——关于发展援助理论的评介与探讨 被引量：3

摘要 关于发展援助(Developnemt Assistance)的理论是西方发展经济学的一个重要组成部分。发展援助,又称“官方发展援助”(Official Developnemt Assistance,简称ODA),指的是国家政府或多边官方机构以促进经济发展为目的向发展中国家提供的优惠贷款和赠款。八、九十年代以来,国际经济格局发生剧变,在结束了东西方对峙之后。
