摘要
研究表明纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 1(PAI 1)与糖尿病的发生、发展相关 ,从而使PAI 1基因成为目前研究糖尿病血管并发症的候选基因之一。针对PAI 1基因多态性与糖尿病血管并发症相关研究的结果不一。
The novel data showed that PAI-1 plays an important role in the development of pathology and physiological process in type 2 diabete s and the complications in type 2 diabetes,therefore,PAI-1 gene is one of the c andidate gene.But there is contradictory on the study of PAI-1 gene and the com plications in type 2 diabetes.
