摘要
目的 :探讨溶血对肝功能分析的影响。方法 :采集本院门诊 2 0 0 4年 5月健康查体者空腹静脉血液 4 5份 ,制备正常血清和溶血血清 ,样本用 Beckman C x5生化分析仪检测。结果 :溶血前后样本中 AST、AL T、TBIL、DBIL、TP、AL B和 GL B均显著或极显著增高 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,GGT和 TB- DB显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,AL P和GL B则无显著变化。结论 :溶血对肝功能分析有明显的影响。
Aim Effect of hemolysiS on liver function analysis.Methods 45 shares fasting vein blood of health somatoscopy persons were collected in May of 2004 year,normal blood serum and hemolytic normal blood serum were prepared.Samples weredetected by Beckman C x 5 biochemical analysis instrument.Results Hemolyticanteroposterior,AST、ALT、TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB and GLB were significantly or very significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),GGT and TB-DB were,significantly decreased(P<0.05);ALP and GLB didn’t change.Conclusion Hemolysis on liver function analysis have distincteffect.
