重组人红细胞生成素对维持性血液透析患者免疫功能及红细胞CR1分子表达的影响 被引量:2

The influence of r-HuEPO on T lymphocyte subgroup and complement receptor 1 express on erythrocytes in patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis

摘要 目的 研究r-HuEPO对维持性血液透析患者T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞CR1分子表达的影响。方法  32例维持性血液透析患者作为观察组 ,2 0例正常人作为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测正常对照组、维持性血液透析患者治疗前及r-HuEPO治疗后 3个月CD3 、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8;采用ELISA检测其红细胞CR1分子表达 ,同时检测治疗前后Hb水平。结果 EPO治疗 3个月后 ,CD4显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,CD8、CD4/CD8降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;红细胞CR1分子表达及血Hb的水平均明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 Objective To investigate the influence of r-HuEPO on T lymphocyte subgroup and complement receptor 1 express on erythrocytes(CR1) in patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis. Methods Thirty-two cases undergoing long-term hemodialysis were as treated group and 20 healthy subjects were as control group. The levels of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and CD 4/CD 8 were examined by flow cytometry before and after 3 months r-HuEPO therapy,while their CR1 were detected by ELISA,Hb was also detected. Results CD 4,CR1,Hb were significantly higher after 3 months treating by r-HuEPO than before and that of control group (P<0.001),while the CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 were lower (CD 4/CD 8: P<0.05; CD 8: P<0.001). Conclusion r-HuEPO might significantly improve T lymphocyte immunity in patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis.
