血液透析患者T细胞功能异常研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者各种感染的发生率高,是影响患者生存的主要并发症之一。其原因归结于ESRD患者存在免疫功能即细胞免疫和体液免疫缺陷。T细胞功能异常如不能正常识别抗原、激活受阻、分化不平衡及效应能力下降是维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者免疫功能缺陷的主要机制。本文就MHD患者T细胞在适应性免疫应答过程即识别、激活、效应三个阶段中的异常作用及并发症、干预措施对T细胞功能的影响作一综述。
