稀土与苯并咪唑甲基酮缩二乙三胺Schiff碱配合物的合成、表征及生物活性 被引量:5

摘要 以邻苯二胺、乳酸、二乙三胺为原料合成双苯并咪唑甲基酮缩二乙三胺Schiff碱化合物,在无水乙醇溶剂中,所得的化合物与稀土离子(Ce3+、Nd3+、Sm3+)配合,合成了三种新型稀土配合物,并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱测试、差热热重及生物活性研究。钕与苯并咪唑甲基酮缩二乙三胺Schiff碱的配合物对大肠杆菌和霉菌均有较好的杀菌活性;钐与苯并咪唑甲基酮缩二乙三胺Schiff碱的配合物对大肠杆菌有较好的杀菌活性,而对霉菌无活性;铈的配合物对所考察的菌种均无抑制作用。 A kind of bis-benzimidazole-semidiethylenetriamine Schiff base compound has been derived from o-phenylene diamine, lactic acid and diethylene triamine.Three novel rare earth complexes is synthesized by the reaction of the compound and rare earth element(Ce^(3+), Nd^(3+) and Sm^(3+)) in anhydrous alcohol. These complexes are characterized by element analysis, IR and TG-DTA, and their biological activity is studied. The results show that complex of Nd with benzimidazole-semidiethylenetriamine Schiff base has preferable bactericidal activities to escherichia coli and mildew and Sm complex only has some bactericidal activities to escherichia coli,Ce complex has not anti-bacterium activity to bacterium which we have studied.
