磁场对心肌成纤维细胞活性的影响及量效关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的以磁源空间磁场计算为依据,探讨不同磁感强度永磁磁场对心肌成纤维细胞体外培养的影响及量效学关系。方法采用有限元数值法计算极面中心磁感强度分别为119.9,223.5和349.9mT磁源的空间磁感强度量值和分布,并将3种磁源分别作用于心肌成纤维细胞的体外培养过程,采用MTT法检测细胞活力。结果3种不同磁感强度加磁组心肌成纤维细胞的MTT数值与非加磁对照组比较均有下降,其中119.9mT加磁组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),223.5和349.9mT加磁组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实验所使用永磁磁场均对心肌成纤维细胞有抑制作用,磁感强度越高抑制能力越强。 Objective To study the effect of magnets on myocardium fibroblasts(MFs)cultured in vitro and the quantity effect relationship based on the calculated values of space magnetic fields. Methods The finite element method was used to calculate the space fields values and distributions of three kinds of magnets, of which the polar center magnetic induction are 119.9mT,223.5mT,349.9mT, respectively.The magnets were used to act on the MFs cultured in vitro, respectively. MFs vitality was measured with MTT method. Results MTT values of magnetic fields of the three intensities were significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Magnetic fields supprssed the vitality of MFs cultured in vitro. The stronger the magnetic induction, the stronger the suppression.
