摘要
西洋参不同外植体诱导愈伤组织的能力存在明显差异 ,以子叶的愈伤组织诱导率最高。愈伤组织的分化能力随继代培养而增强 ,5 %聚乙二醇可促进西洋参体细胞胚胎的发生。去除硝酸铵有助于西洋参再生小植株根系的生长发育。
Significant difference in the ability to dediff er entiate exists among zygotic embryo, cotyledon, hypocotyl, immature leaf and roo t pith in American ginseng(Panax quinquefolium L.).The frequency of callus i nduction from cotyledon is the highest. The callus with longer subculture had hi gher percentage of somatic embryo formation. 5% polyethylene glycol(PEG) led to the improved embryogenesis of soft , yellow-white calli from root piths. Deleti on of ammonium nitrate from the MS medium promoted the root growth of the plantl ets.
