铜镍电解阳极泥中金、铂、钯的提取试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 铜镍电解一次阳极泥脱硫、铜、镍后 ,将筛分得到的细泥在稀盐酸、氯酸钠中浸取 ;在体系盐酸或王水的酸度小于 1.0mol/L或 10 % ,用强碱性阴离子树脂从浸出液中有效吸附金、铂、钯 ;载金、铂、钯树脂经 70℃、6 0g/L硫脲 +2 %HCl溶液解吸后 ,锌粉置换富集金、铂、钯 ;MIBK 3级逆流萃取金 ,草酸铵反萃制得纯度 99.78%海绵金 ;水相蒸发后 ,氯化铵反复沉淀、水合肼法和氯钯酸铵、氨络合联合法制得纯度均在 99.95 %以上的海绵铂和海绵钯产品。该工艺贯通性和操作性强 ,对环境友好。 Prior to leaching the screened fine slime with dilute HCl and NaClO 3,sulfur,copper and nickel were removed from the slime.In the presence of HCl or aqua regia less than 1.0mol/L or 10%,gold,platinum and palladium were adsorbed with alkali anion resin.After the loaded resin's adsorption stripping in the presence of 60g/L CS (NH 2) 2+2% HCl at 70℃,the precious metals in the solution were enriched by zinc dust precipitation.Spongy gold of purity 99.78% were obtained through MIBK 3 stages counter-current of Au extraction and (NH 4) 2C 2O 4 back-extraction.After the water was evaporated off the solution,through repeated precipitation with NH 4Cl,and use hydrazine hydrate method and combination method of ammonium chloropltinate and ammonium complex,spongy Pt and Pd with purity more than 99.95% were obtained.The process has characteristics of smoothness,easy operation and friend to environment.
