难熔合质金中金银和铂族元素综合回收的工艺研究及应用

摘要 采用分次活化熔解、先还原分离金、后回收铂族金属的方法,对金电解阳极泥熔铸过程生成的难熔合质金中的金银和铂族金属分离回收进行了研究。结果表明,在首次活化熔解过程中,活化剂的加入量、熔解温度、熔解时间、活化熔解次数对金、银回收率影响较大。在温度1 100℃、活化熔解2h、活化剂用量4倍原料的条件下,难熔合质金中金的提取率在90%左右;残留难熔合质金再经2次活化熔解转变为贵金属粉末,经王水溶金、亚硝酸钠还原金,金的总回收率在99.9%以上;铂族金属的总回收率在99%以上。 The researches on gold, silver and platinum group elements separation from gold electrolysis anode slime are carried out. First, gold is reduced and separated after activation in several times. And then; platinum group elements are recovered. The experiment results reveal that the recovery rate of gold and silver is obviously influenced by the addition amount and times of activator, smelting temperature and time. With 4 times addition of activator, the separation recovery rate of gold is about 90% after 2 hours activation at the temperature of 1 1.00℃. After 2 times ac- tivation smelting and acid solution, the residual refractory alloy gold turns into precious metal powder. And then gold solutes in aqua regia, and is reduced by sodium nitrite. The total recovery rate of gold is more than 99.9%. The recovery rate of high grade platinum group elements concentration is more than 99%.
