摘要
针对混凝土泵车臂架系统振动过大的问题,使用ADAMS软件建立了泵车臂架系统的动力学仿真分析模型。通过模态分析,得到了该泵车的固有频率和振型,其一阶固有频率为0.3765Hz,实测一阶固有频率为0.370~0.375Hz,证实了仿真计算的可靠性。实测系统激扰频率为0.296~0.375Hz,与一阶固有频率比较一致,从而找出了该泵车臂架部分振动较大的原因,为该泵车结构改进提供了依据。
In order to study the serious vibration of the concrete pump truck, the model of it was established by the ADAMS software, its inherent frequency and vibration type were got by model analysis. The first mode frequency is 0.376 5 Hz by the analysis, and the test result on the spot is about 0.370~0.375 Hz. Therefore, the result of theory research is proved by the experiment. The exciting frequency of the system is 0.296~0.375 Hz by the test,which is corresponded with the first mode frequency comparatively. The reason that causes the serious vibration of the structure during the pump truck working was found, it provided a reference foundation for improving the structure of concrete pump truck.
