摘要
《妇女权益保障法》的修改,应关注三个问题:一是应确立"保障妇女人权"、"性别平等"以及"禁止一切形式性别歧视"三项基本原则;二是应对现行《妇女权益保障法》进行社会性别分析,在修改时加以完善;三是重视履行国际妇女人权公约,体现公约的精神和价值。
Three are mainly questions in the amendment of the Law on the Guarantee of Rights and Interests of Women which should be paid close attention: to establish three basic principles, which are 'safeguard women's rights','gender equality' and 'forbid all kinds of gender prejudice'; to make an analysis of gender on the current law and improve it; to fulfill the international convention on women's human rights and embody the essence and value of the convention.
