摘要
《妇女权益保障法》实施十多年来,在保护妇女权益、促进男女平等方面发挥了重要的作用,但现行的《妇女权益保障法》的规定及其贯彻实施确有许多不足之处。若干立法上的空白需要填补,原有的某些规定已经滞后,不能完全适应新形势下保护妇女权益的需要。许多规定过于原则,不够具体,保护措施不到位,制裁办法力度不够,凡此种种都是在修法工作中应当认真研究加以改进的。
The Law on the Guarantee of Rights and Interests of Women has been playing an important role in protecting women's rights and interests and advancing equality between men and women since its enforcement. However, there are still some defects in its rules and enforcement. Lacunae in legislation and delay of legislation have made itself not available to protect women's rights and interests under new circumstances; some rules are too abstract and not specific; measures for protection are not sufficient. All of these should be studied and improved during the revision of the women's law.
