丙烯腈对大鼠脑组织中与衰老相关指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨丙烯腈 (ACN)染毒大鼠脑组织中与衰老相关指标水平变化。方法 大鼠经不同浓度ACN (低剂量 5 0mg/L;中剂量 2 0 0mg/L;高剂量 30 0mg/L)饮用水染毒 12周后 ,测定其脑组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)和胆碱酯酶 (ChE)水平的变化。结果 中、高剂量染毒组大鼠脑组织中GSH、SOD、MDA及ChE的变化情况与普通对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与老年对照组大鼠变化相似。结论 ACN染毒在较高剂量下引起的大鼠脑组织中与衰老相关指标 (GSH ,SOD ,MDA ,ChE)的变化已达到老年对照组大鼠的水平。 Objective To study the effect of Acrylonitrile(ACN)on age related markers in rat brain. Methods Rats were exposed to ACN through drinking water for 12 weeks.The activities of GSH,SOD,cholinesterase(ChE),and the content of MDA in experimented rat brain tissues as well as in elderly group and controls were determined.Results The leveles of the age related markers referred in medium and high concentration ACN groups were significantly different to controls( P<0.05 ),but similar to elderly ones(15 months old)( P>05 ).Conclusions The results indicated that comparatively high dosage of ACN might induce the change of the age related markers in brain of experimental rats showing consistent trend with elderly ones.
