摘要
报道利用组织离体培养实现湖北百合快速繁殖的研究结果。实验用外植体为鳞茎之鳞片,芽、根分化均以MS培养基为宜。培养基中附加适量6—BA或6—BA+NAA有利于促进芽分化;附加适量NAA有利于促进根分化。试管苗移栽到砂壤土上成活率较高。
This paper introduces a study result on culture technoques in vitro clonal propagation of Hubei Beihe. The scale leaves are from bulbs. The diilerentiation of buds and roots is good on MS medium. It is useful to the differentiation of buds that the medium supplemented with BA or combination of BA and N A A, it is useful to the differentiation of roots and the medium supplemented with NAA. The survival ratio after transplantation into sand soil is higher.
