罗氏沼虾不同群体生化遗传变异的比较分析 被引量:13

摘要 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对罗氏沼虾浙江养殖群体和缅甸新引进的野生群体的11种同工酶进行生化遗传分析。结果表明,11种同工酶由25个基因位点所编码。养殖群体中G6PDH-1,MEP-1和EST-3位点具有多态性;而缅甸新引进的野生群体中除上述3个基因座位外,还检测到GDH-1基因座位具有多态性。缅甸新引进的野生群体的多态基因座位比例(16%)和群体平均杂合度(0.0501)都明显高于浙江养殖群体(12%和0.0431)。2群体的遗传相似度和遗传距离分别为0.9963和0.0037。 Biochemical genetic analysis of 11 isozymes in the cultured population of Macrobrachium rosenbergii collected from Zhejiang province and a wild population newly introduced from Burma was made with PAGE. The 11 isozymes were coded by 25 loci, three of which, G 6 PDH-1, MEP-1 and EST-3, were found to be polymorphic in the culture population while 4 (G 6 PDH-1, MEP-1, EST-3 and GDH-1) were polymorphic in the wild population. The proportion of polymorphic loci and the mean heterozygosity of the wild population were 16% and 0.0501, which were higher than those of the cultured population (12% and 0.0431). The genetic similarity and genetic distance between the two populations were 0.9963 and 0.0037, respectively.
