摘要
分析21世纪信息化社会到来时大学图书馆信息服务的演变和发展趋势,结合当前我国高等教育的发展,提出大学图书馆的人文职能,指出大学图书馆发展的外在动因。
This article analyzes the development trends of information services and humane functions of a university library in the new century, with the coming of information society. And considering the de-velopment of our country higher education, it points out the humane functions of a university library and explai ns the external factors of developing a university library.
