摘要
大学图书馆目前普遍存在一些问题,面对大学图书馆发展的新形势,提出大学图书馆新型人力资源管理的新模式,对大学图书馆事业的发展具有重要意义。
There are some problems in the administration of university libraries nowadays. For the development of the libraries in the new situation, this paper puts forward a new administration mode of its personnel resources which is of great importance.
