摘要
对 6个细度水平的矿渣粉活性和流动度研究 ,矿渣粉的抗折活性指数比抗压活性指数高 ,它在 2 8d内是龄期和细度的单调增函数 .矿渣粉的抗压活性指数在 7d内是龄期和细度的单调增函数 ,2 8d的抗压活性指数采用不同品质的硅酸盐水泥表现存在差异 .矿渣粉比表面积在 350 - 6 50 m2 / kg范围内 ,流动度比都大于110 ,而矿渣水泥的标准稠度用水量却比硅酸盐水泥高 .采用不同细度硅酸盐水泥作为对比样时 ,矿渣粉流动度比偏差在 14
Experimental investigation into the activity of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) with six fineness levels indicated that the activity index derived from specimen's flexural strength was greater than that derived from the compressive strength. In the curing period of 28 days, the flexural index monotonously increase with curing time and with the increasing fineness of GGBS. The compressive activity index was observed to increase with aging time in the initial 7 days of curing of the specimen and with increasing powder fineness. For the compressive indexes measured at the 28th day of curing, variations in its value were detected from specimen prepared by using Portland cement of different fineness as activating agent. The ratios of fluidity of half-cement and half-GGBS mixed paste to that of standard cement paste were determined to be greater than 110 for the GGBS's Blaine fineness ranging from 350 to 650 m^(2)/kg. It was found that the water content required for preparing half-cement and half-GGBS mixed paste with standard consistency was greater than that for Portland cement paste. The ratio of fluidity of the mixture paste to that of cement paste varied within 14% for the activating cement fineness varying from 333 to 408 m^(2)/kg.
