摘要
研究了皮革在储存过程中的湿度变化对皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量的影响。在从高到低不同的湿度的环境中 ,将同一种皮革分别放置一段时间 ,然后测定皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量 ;再将同一种皮革的存放湿度反向调节 ,即从低到高 ,再检测皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量 ,从而确定湿度对皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量的影响。同时将皮革浸泡在重铬酸钾溶液中一段时间 ,晾干后 ,再置于不同湿度的环境中存放后 ,测定皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量。试验证明 :储存环境的湿度与皮革中Cr(Ⅵ )含量有很大关系 ,湿度越高 ,含量越低 ;
The influence of relative humidity of the environment on the level of Cr(Ⅵ) in chrome-tanned leather were studied. The experiments were carried out as follow:the same sample of leather was cut into a few pieces and then these pieces were stored in different relative humidity ranging from high to low individually followed by determination of Cr(Ⅵ) respectively. After that, these pieces passing experiments mentioned above were stored in different relative humidity ranging from low to high followed by determination of Cr(Ⅵ). To confirm the influence of relative humidity on the level of Cr(Ⅵ) , these pieces of leather soaked in dichromate solution were dried and then stored in different relative humidity followed by determination of Cr(Ⅵ) individually. The result was that: the higher the relative humidity, the lower level of Cr(Ⅵ), and the same result was obtained in reverse experiment.
