摘要
针对交通影响范围阈值,研究了交通影响分析中交通影响范围的确定方法,提出将建设项目周围信号交叉口的服务水平下降一个等级作为阈值确定交通影响范围的方法。实际应用表明利用此阈值将信号交叉口连线作为边界划定交通影响范围,既可以满足交通影响分析工作的实际需要,又可以最大限度地节约资源,是一种简单易行、科学有效的方法。
This paper studied the methods of determining threshold values of traffic impact range, set up a new model that the decreasing of service level of signal intersection surrounding projects by one grade was regarded as the threshold value to determine traffic impact range. Applied results show that the traffic impact range can meet the demand of traffic impact analysis and save resource farthest, which indicates that the method is simple and effective.
