护生职业态度形成的相关因素分析及教育干预 被引量:32

摘要 目的 促进及早期发展护生稳定而健康的职业态度。方法 对 73名护理本科生进行为期一年的教育干预及观察。结果  81 9%的护生曾产生过转行的念头 ,而见习后期 ,表示愿意从事护理职业的护生有 86 11% ,不愿意从事护理职业的占 2 78% ,另外 11 11%表示若有机会将转行或不确定是否能够从事护理职业。并不是任何人都适合护理工作 (P <0 0 5 ) ,人的生老病死都离不开护士 ,选择这个职业很有意义 (P <0 0 0 0 5 )的回答存在显著性差异。结论 临床见习阶段护生的职业态度发生变化 ,应在此阶段对护生采取积极的职业态度教育。 Objective: To develop and promote correct working attitude of nursing students. Method: Observe and educate 73 students who studied for their bachelor degree for one-year period. Results: There were 81.9% students who had wanted to change their occupation. After one year, there were 81.11% students who wanted to be nurses and 2.78% students who didn't want to be nurses, and there were 11.11% students who couldn't confirm what job they wanted to do. Conclusion: The students' working attitude is easy to change during clinic practice, so attitude education should be more active.
