摘要
科研工作是农业科研院所第一要务。科研环境的优劣对做深做优科研工作乃至提高科研院所的核心竞争力至关重要。影响科研环境的因素极其复杂,该文从理论与实践的结合上对其进行综合剖析。运用多因素分析方法,初步建立较为客观、准确、全面、系统的农业科研环境评价体系。通过实证分析,有针对性的提出优化科研环境的要点。
Scienctific research is the first important affair of an agricultural science institutes.The environment's strong points and weakness are crucial to improve the core competition ability of the institutes.The environmental factors are very complex.The paper proceeds to synthesize the analysis.The first step is to establish evaluation system to environment factors, and then bring up the focus for optimization.
