摘要
为了提高火炮内膛表面粗糙度测量的准确度,以光散射理论为基础,采用光散射特征值法对火炮内膛表面粗糙度进行测量,该测量系统能对口径100~203mm范围内的炮管内膛表面粗糙度进行检测,其测量范围Ra∶0.2~1.6μm,最大相对误差4.3%。
In order to improve the nicety of measureing the surface roughness of the artillery inside chamber, this article is based on light scattering theory, and using the light dispersion eigenvalue to measure the surface roughness of the artillery inside chamber. The measurment system can be same with the caliber 100~203mm, its measure range is Ra:0.2~1.6μm, most comparatively error 4.3%.
