摘要
介绍了一种新型的5 UPS/PRPU五自由度并联机床,采用矩阵法建立了该并联机床的误差模型,利用蒙特卡洛技术模拟分析了驱动杆杆长误差、球铰以及虎克铰间隙对终端平台误差的影响,最合对机床的精度进行了实例分析,为该机床样机的顺利研制奠定了基础。
A novel 5-UPS/PRPU 5-DOF parallel machine tool is proposed. The errors model of the parallel mechanism using matrix methods is set up. The influence of legs'tolerance and spherical joints'(Huke joints)clearance on errors of terminal platform is analyzed using Monte-Carlo technique.Finally the examples of the accuracy are given according to the actual PMT. It provids the foundation for the successful design and development of the prototype of PMT.
