摘要
杨一清是明代中叶著名政治家,一生留下了70余万字的文稿,这对研究了解明代中期的政治、经济、文化无疑是巨大的资料宝库。本文讨论的安边策,是杨一清正德初年总制三边时上奏朝廷的奏章,《明史》称其为安边策。这份安边策既体现了杨一清的国防军事思想,又体现了他忠心体国的民族主义和爱国精神,是一份难得的国防文献。本文讨论了安边策产生的时代背景,分析了它的主要内容与落实情况,特别是对它的历史价值作了正反两个方面的评价,着重指出其对后世的警示作用。
Yang Yiqing was a famous politician of mid Ming Dynasty, he left over 700,000 manuscript of words all his life. Undoubtedly , this is a enormous material treasure-house to study and know politics , economy , culture of mid Ming Dynasty . The policy of defense border areas discussed in paper was presented to the royal court by Yang Yiqing in ear y years when he controled three border areas. It was called the policy of defense border in 'Ming History'. It embodied his military thinking of those years and hisnational and patriotic spirit . It is a rare national defense document. This paper discusses the era factors that the policy produced , analyses its main content and implement situation and especially gives the appraisal of both positive and negative respects on it historical value.
