口腔种植挤压术的临床应用及手术配合 被引量：1

Clinical application of squeeze technique with dental implants and surgical cooperation

摘要 目的　介绍口腔种植骨挤压术的临床应用及手术配合要点。方法　在牙槽骨骨量不足或骨质疏松的牙缺失部位 ,应用骨挤压术植入种植体 5 0颗并完成上部修复。结果　骨挤压术后牙槽骨宽度平均增加 2 .0 5± 0 .5 1mm。观察 0 .5～ 3年 ,失败 1颗 ,累积成功率 98%。结论　采用骨挤压术能有效纠正牙缺失部位骨量不足或骨质疏松 ,手术过程中骨质丢失少 ,且操作简便 ,助手与术者密切配合是提高手术成功率的关键。
