摘要
文章基于法律多元的事实 ,站在我国现代法治建设的角度上着重指出 :在依法治国的道路上必须关注习惯法 ,并提升习惯法在我国法治建设中的地位 ,使我国的制定法与习惯法能相互利用、支持 ,以推动中国的法治建设的和谐与进步。
Based on the facts that law concerns multi-factors, it is pointed out from China's development of nomocracy that unwritten law must be stressed on Chi na's road of ruling with law, so both written and unwritten law could support ea ch other to promise the harmonious progress of China's nomocracy.
