摘要
目的 :观察中药类风镇痛 号冲剂治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效 ,从免疫学方向探讨中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制。方法 :将 70例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组 (类风镇痛 号与常规西药联用 ) 36例 ,对照组 (单纯西药 ) 34例 ,治疗 2个月后比较两组临床疗效以及主要症状、体征的变化 ,检测常规类风湿性关节炎临床指标、免疫球蛋白、淋巴细胞因子如白细胞介素 6及其受体 (IL 6、IL 6 R)、IL 8和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)水平的变化。结果 :治疗组主要症状与体征的改善及疗效的总有效率均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,免疫球蛋白 Ig G、血沉、IL 8和 TNFα下降幅度也明显大于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1)。结论 :类风镇痛 号能提高类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效 ,减少西药的不良反应 ,具有调节机体免疫功能 ,改善类风湿性关节炎免疫损伤等多种综合效应。
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine the electuary Leifeng Zhentong No.1(LFZT No.1,类风镇痛1号) in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and to explore the immune theoretical mechanism of the action of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Seventy cases of RA patients were randomly divided into the therapeutic group(LFZT No. 1 combined with routine western medicine treatment, n=36), and control group(western medicine (treatment) alone, n=34). The clinical therapeutic effects, changes of the main symptoms and physical (signs), as well as changes of the indices of the routine clinical laboratory findings, the levels of the (immunoglobulins), interleukin6 and its receptor(IL6, IL6R), IL8, tumor necrosis factorα((TNFα)) were (compared) (between) the two groups after twomonth therapy.Results: The improvement of (symptoms) and (physical) (signs) and the total therapeutic effects in the therapeutic group were significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05 or<0.01), and the lowering degree of immunoglobulin G, (erythrocyte) (sedimentation) rate(ESR), IL8 and TNFα were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05 or<0.01). (Conclusion): Leifeng Zhentong No.1 can improve the clinical therapeutic effects of RA, decrease side effects of the western medicine, modulate immune function of the body, therefore it offers a comprehensive effect in all aspects of diminishing immunological damages in RA.
