摘要
信息化人才是随着信息技术与信息产业发展而形成的一类特殊的人才群体。随着我国信息化建设的推进以及信息产业的高速发展 ,形成了对信息化人才的强劲需求。高校是人才培养的重要阵地 ,理应为信息化人才培养做出自己的贡献。信息化人才可以有广义和狭义之分 ,高校培养的信息化人才主要是指信息科学技术相关专业人才。我国高校一直以来都很重视信息化人才的培养 ,近年来信息化人才培养发展速度也明显加快 ,但目前仍存在着许多问题 ,主要表现在 :培养数量缺口大、结构不合理和质量不高。为了应对出现的问题 ,今后高校应继续加大信息化人才培养数量 ,对信息化人才培养结构进行优化以及不断提高其培养质量 ,以造就大批高素质的信息化人才 。
Information-based talent is a kind of special talent that forms with development of information technology and information industry. With the promotion of information construction of our country and high-speed development of the information industry, there is powerful demand to information-based talents. Though Universities should be main and suitable fields to train information-based talents, Universities of China should make their own contribution for the training of information-based talents. Information-based talents can have broad sense and narrow sense. Information-based talents that Universities train mainly refer to talents majoring in information Science and technology relevant speciality. Universities of China still have a long way to go presently as for the training of information-based talents, which show their low production of information-based talents,unreasonable structure and poor training quality as well. Relevantly, higher educational institutions of China should strengthen constantly on the quantity, structure and quality, in order to bring up large quantities of high-quality information-based talents.
