摘要
为培养和提高学生的创新创业能力,发掘学生潜能,高校必须改革教育教学方法和手段,探索多样化的人才培养模式,发展学生的个性,使学生真正掌握基本理论知识和实践技能。个性化教育模式作为融合理论教学与实践能力培养的一种方式,能够为大学生创业和就业打下良好的基础,适应社会对应用型人才的需求,能够全面提高人才培养质量。
Teaching approaches and methods should be changed to meet the higher demand of entrepreneurship abilities and potentials required of college students.Diversified talent training and personalized development mode is vital to students in their mastering basic theoretical knowledge and practical techniques.Research has shown that personalized mode is effective and practical for college students in their future development.
