摘要 综述了食药用菌糖蛋白(肽)复合物的结构特点,并以香菇(Lentinula edodes)和灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)等糖蛋白(肽)复合物为例,重点综述了其结构信息、功能活性及其作用机制。 Structural features of polysaccharide-proteins/peptides obtained from edible/medicinal fungi are described. Bioactivities associated with some typical polysaccharide-proteins/peptides derived from the fruit bodies/mycelia of edible/medicinal fungi such as Lentinula edodes and Ganoderma lucidum, and the underlying molecular mechanisms, have been reviewed.
