摘要
从新都市社会学代表人物卡斯特的观点出发,城市作为一个集体消费的单位,我们可以在集体消费的过程中看到我国住房不平等的发展和演变。我国住房改革制度体现着分割性。住房不平等以及由此伴生的贫富差距进一步拉大和城市排斥系统被加强的现象日益明显。文章运用新都市社会学中集体消费理论视角,对我国目前住房的两个面向——作为一种福利和一种商品所体现出的不平等进行分析。
From the view of Castells who is the representative of new urban sociology, we can know the development and evolution of housing inequality in our city which as a unit of Collective Consumption .The system of housing reform in our country embodies the divisibility. The phenomenon of housing inequality and the gap between the rich and the poor and urban exclusion system has been rising and strengthen are more and more obvious. The article use the collective consumption theory of new urban sociology to analysis the two sides of the current housing:as a benefit and as a commodity which embody the inequality.
