摘要
信息化浪潮下,伴随互联网的飞速发展、知识的快速更新以及独立学院规模的不断扩大,对独立学院教师专业发展提出了更高的要求。教师专业发展是潜移默化不断成长进步的过程,当今社会存在诸多提高教师专业发展的途径,其中视频课例分析是顺应时代发展的新途径。立足视频课例分析的内涵,从三个方面阐述视频课例分析对独立学院教师专业发展的促进作用,并探讨其对教师专业发展的应用。
Under the tide of informatization, accompanied by the rapid development of Internet, the update of knowledge as well as the independent college continues to expand the scale, set a higher request to the teacher professional development of independent college. Teacher professional development is a process of growing influence character by environment improvement, there are many ways to improve the teachers' professional development in today's society, video lesson analysis is a new approach to affirm the development of the times. Based on the connotation of video lesson analysis, from three aspects to analyze the promoting role of video lesson on teacher professional development, and discusses its application to the professional development of teachers.
