摘要
宁春四号小麦的杂种优势可用在植物体内表现高度多型性的过氧化物酶同工酶谱的表型特征来解释。本项研究结果表明,该杂种优势与POD酶谱间存在一定的相关性。上述酶谱既出现了杂种新酶带,又显现了偏父或偏母以及完全互补型的酶带。这些酶谱特征可以认为是它们的结构基因在表达过程中出现的“时间差”;也可解释为它们的结构基因之间存在差异,其差异与基因的调节控制体系密切相关。
The heterosis of wheat 'Ningchun No. 4' could be interpreted by the phenotypic feature of peroxidase isoenzyme spectrum which manifested high pleomorphism in phytobody. The results of this study showed that there was a certain interrela-tionship between the hetorosis and peroxidase isoenzyme spectrum. Both new hybrid bands and tendency towards male parent or female parent or complete complementary emzyme bands appeared the isoenzyme patterns of per-oxidase. The spectrum characteristics could be considered as 'time difference' in the expression process of strutural gene of wheat,or they might also mean that there were differences among structural genes of wheat and the differences were closely related to the regulation system of gene.
