摘要
通过分析PSD的测量原理,设计了前置放大电路,根据PSD器件本身和前置放大电路中存在的问题,对电路设计进行了改进。实验证明,改进后的电路有较高的测量精度和准确度。
By analyzing the measuring principle of PSD,designed a preamplifier circuit,According to problem of PSD device itself and that exist in the preamplifier circuit,the circuit design is improved.Experiments show that the improved circuit has a higher measurement precision and accuracy.
